Bringing together stakeholders from the crafts, training, heritage, and public policy sectors from several European countries, this conference will offer a forum for discussion on the role of non-formal education in the transmission of skills. Participants will be invited to reflect on practices, challenges, and solutions for strengthening learning pathways, supporting craftspeople as trainers, and better preparing the professionals of tomorrow.The event will also be an opportunity to present the main findings, observations, and recommendations of the European project BRICKS – Building Bridges, Building Skills: Enhancing Non-Formal Craft Education for Sustainable Cultural Transmission.
