MINDCRAFTS is an innovative project that employs non-formal learning to engage young people (aged 15-25) in traditional building crafts and built heritage. The project aims to raise awareness, foster dialogue, and ignite interest in these crafts, emphasizing their cultural significance and potential as career opportunities. By linking traditional crafts to local culture, sustainability, and inclusive society-building, MINDCRAFTS encourages youth to view these professions as essential and valuable.
Methodology: MINDCRAFTS adopts a heutagogical approach, empowering learners to take charge of their learning journey by exploring complex and uncertain areas. The project offers a hybrid learning model that includes:

Impact:
Long-Term Vision: MINDCRAFTS aims to leave a lasting impact by developing an online guidebook and toolkit, which will be shared widely to promote sustainable practices, learning pathways, and career opportunities in traditional crafts. The project supports the broader objectives of the New European Bauhaus, the Green Deal, and the Agenda 2030 Sustainable Goals.
