data-end=\"768\">On 30 January 2026, the CRAFTOUR General Conference was held at the European Parliament, marking a decisive moment in the initiative\u2019s journey from research and dialogue to structured policy engagement.<\/p><p data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"1165\">Hosted by Cynthia N\u00ed Mhurch\u00fa, Member of the European Parliament, and opened together with representatives of the European Commission and the Research Executive Agency, the conference presented the first consolidated policy evidence emerging from CRAFTOUR and engaged European policymakers in a direct exchange on the future of the crafts sector.<\/p><p data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1454\">Bringing together crafts professionals, educators, researchers, heritage stakeholders and institutional representatives, the event demonstrated the strategic relevance of crafts for cultural heritage, skills development, sustainability, territorial cohesion and European data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1604\">Policy Round Table<\/strong> at the European Commission (10 December 2025), where initial recommendations were presented<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1699\" data-end=\"1862\"><p data-start=\"1701\" data-end=\"1862\">The <strong data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1730\">Scientific Conference<\/strong> in Antwerp (29 January 2026), which consolidated research evidence and will contribute to a forthcoming peer-reviewed publication<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"1999\"><p data-start=\"1865\" data-end=\"1999\">The <strong data-start=\"1869\" data-end=\"1918\">General Conference at the European Parliament<\/strong>, translating evidence into policy dialogue<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2157\">This sequence reflects CRAFTOUR\u2019s methodological approach: <strong data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2156\">bottom-up, evidence-based, and rooted in collaboration between practitioners and
